***** SUDHIR SINGH, J. (ORAL) Petition herein is, inter alia, for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the official respondents to decide representation dated 28.07.2023 (Annexure P-1) filed by the petitioner. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for redressal grievance of the petitioner, he has moved a representation dated 28.07.2023 (Annexure P-1), but the same has not been adverted by the respondents till date. 3.

On advance service of copy of petition, learned State counsel appears and opposes issuance of notice of motion. He submits that respondent No.2/ competent authority shall take decision either way, on the pending representation dated 28.07.2023 (Annexure P-1) of the petitioner. 4.

Given the nature of order being passed, there is no necessity to seek reply by any of the respondents as no further proceedings and/or pleadings are required.

Without commenting on the merits of the case and considering the relief sought for herein, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to MAHAVIR SINGH 2024.01.11 14:42 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/ judgment Punjab and Haryana High Court, Chandigarh
