This is a petition under Sections 10 read with Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for violation of the order dated 08.07.2025 passed in CWP18510-2025. 2.

Learned State counsel has pointed out that the inquiry has since been concluded. Copy of the same has also been supplied to the Court, which is taken on record. Registry to scan the same and tag at the appropriate place. 3.

In view thereof, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt petition and the same is disposed off. Rule stands discharged. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off. Needless to say that if the petitioner is still aggrieved, he would always be at liberty to avail his remedies as available in law.
