The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking setting aside of allotment of Service Provider for Retail Outlet at BP-2, Panchkula. 2.

Learned counsel for respondents-Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited, at the outset, submits that for the financial year 2024-27, respondent No. 3 has not been selected for providing services with respect to Retail Outlet at BP-2, Panchkula. The said Retail Outlet is Company Owned Company Operated Retail Outlet.

Faced with this, counsel for the petitioner states that petitioner does not press the present petition.
