Present second petition has been filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short 'BNSS') for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.118 dated 25.5.2025 under Sections 22 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 and Sections 223 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, registered at Police Station Bhawanigarh, District Sangrur, 2.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition in hand at this stage with liberty to file afresh in case trial procrastinates and the folly thereof cannot be attributed to the petitioner.
