Learned counsel for the respondent contends that a Speaking Order dated 31.10.2025, has been passed by the District Education Officer (EE), Fatehgarh Sahib, as such, the order dated 24.03.2025 (Annexure P-1), passed by this Court in CWP-5859-2025, has been complied with. Copy of the order dated 31.10.2025, has been submitted in the Court today, which is taken on record.

Faced with this, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to assail the correctness of the order dated 31.10.2025.

Dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. 4.
