     JASJIT SINGH BEDI, J. (Oral) On December 22, 2023, the following order was passed :- "The prayer in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.PC is for quashing of the impugned order dated 14.07.2022 (Annexure P-1) passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sirsa vide which the bail order of the petitioner has been cancelled and his bail bonds and surety bonds have been forfeited to the State and consequential warrants of arrest have been issued against him in case fir FIR No.55 dated 19.06.2019 under Sections 279, 304-A IPC, Police Station Rori, Distt. Sirsa.

The learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the case was actually posted for hearing on 15.07.2022 but was taken up on 14.07.2022, the date on which the petitioner had moved an application for exemption which had been rejected. On the same day, the impugned order came to be passed. He states that the petitioner is ready and willing to join the proceedings once again.

 

  Notice of motion for 27.02.2024.

In the meanwhile, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the Trial Court within a period of one week from today and subject to a deposit of Rs.25,000/- as costs with the Punjab and Haryana High Court Bar Association, Chandigarh Lawyers Family Welfare Fund, Account No.41564846387, SBI High Court Branch, IFSC:-SBIN0050306, he shall be admitted to interim bail to the satisfaction of the trial Court.

The learned counsel for the petitioner shall produce the receipt regarding deposit of Rs.25,000/- with the aforesaid Association as well as a copy of the order granting interim bail to the petitioner on the next date of hearing."

Thereafter, on 19.01.2024, the following order was passed :- "Allowed as prayed for.

Receipt of payment dated 22.12.2023 is taken on record. The Registry is directed to place the same at appropriate place and paginate the paper-book accordingly.

On the oral request of the counsel for the applicant/petitioner, he is granted one weeks time to comply with the order dated 22.12.2023.

The application stands disposed of."

In pursuance to the aforementioned orders, the petitioner has been released on interim bail vide order dated 23.01.2024 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, Dabwali. The copy of of the said order is Mark as 'A'.

CRM-M-64892-2023 -3In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court.

It is expected that the petitioner shall not absent himself from the Trial without sufficient cause.

Disposed of.
