(ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing impugned letter dated 03.07.2025 (Annexure P-25) issued by the Executive Engineer/Estate, Ferozepur Canal Circle, Water Resources Department, Ferozepur to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Ferozepur for taking legal action against the petitioner and to dispossess the petitioner from the land in question.

In view of the above, the present writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
