Prayer made in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in a case FIR No.0270 dated 17.10.2024 registered under Sections 406, 420, 120-B IPC at Police Station, Tripri, District Patiala. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to order dated 04.03.2025, petitioner has joined investigation. However, thereafter matter was referred to Mediation and same remained successful. 3.

Learned State counsel as well as learned counsel for the complainant has affirmed the same and submitted that the petitioner has joined the investigation and he is no more required for further investigation. 4.

In view of the above, interim order dated 04.03.2025 is made absolute subject to compliance of conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C./482(2) of BNSS, 2023.
