Prayer in the present petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.367 dated 13.06.2023, under Sections 420, 120-B IPC registered at Police Station Palam Vihar, District Gurugram (Haryana). 2.

Vide order dated 16.10.2025, while granting interim protection, the petitioner was directed to join investigation. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that civil suit is also pending before the trial Court and pursuant to order dated 16.10.2025, petitioner has joined the investigation and as such his interim bail may be made absolute. 4.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Narinder, has affirmed the fact that the petitioner has joined the investigation and he is no more required for further investigation.

Learned counsel for the complainant submitted that he opposes the aforesaid factual position.

In view of the above, interim order dated 16.10.2025 is made absolute subject to compliance of conditions as envisaged under Section 482(2) B.N.S.S. 7.

Petition stands allowed.
