HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE TRIBHUVAN DAHIYA PRESENT: - Mr. Praveen Moudgil, Advocate, for the petitioners. Tribhuvan Dahiya, J (Oral) The petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to step up pay of the petitioners equal to respondent nos.4 and 5, who are junior to them.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that grievance raised herein is pending for appropriate decision before the second respondent. At this stage, the petitioner will be satisfied in case the second respondent is directed to decide his pending legal notice dated 10.10.2024, Annexure P-6, in a specified period.

Ms. Tanushree Gupta, Deputy Advocate General, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of respondent nos.1 to 3 and submits that the pending legal notice dated 10.10.2024, will be decided by the second respondentDirector, Elementary Education, by passing a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of three months.

In view of the statement made, learned counsel for the petitioners has no objection to the petition being disposed of in terms thereof. 5.
