This is a petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondent for violation of the order dated 17.07.2025 passed in CWP-19904-2025. 2.

Learned State counsel has pointed out that the case of the petitioner has since been recommended and there has been due compliance of order dated 17.07.2025 passed in CWP-19904-2025. 3.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition and the same is disposed off. Rule stands discharged. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off. 4.

Meanwhile, costs as imposed vide order dated 06.11.2025, be deposited.
