The copy of the Death-Certificate of the petitioner, as submitted by him in the Court today, has been placed on the file.

Learned counsel for respondent No.1-State and learned Central Government Counsel for respondent No.2 have no objection in disposing of the present petition in view of the above-said request, as made by learned counsel for the petitioner.
