Present petition has been filed under Section 482 of BNSS, seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No.52 dated 24.03.2025, under Sections 110, 115, 3(5) and 351(2) of BNS, registered at Police Station Jagadhri Sadar, District Yamuna Nagar 2.

On 16.10.2025, following order was passed by this Court:- "i) Present petition has been filed under Section 482 of BNSS, seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 52 dated 24.03.2025, under Sections 110, 115, 3(5) and 351(2) of BNS, registered at Police Station Jagadhri Sadar, District Yamuna Nagar.

ii) Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that petitioner himself suffered injuries in the same incident that occurred on 15.03.2025. Additionally, petitioner's mother-Balwinder Kaur, also sustained injuries, which are recorded in the MLR (P-3), and was hospitalized. She was discharged on 19.03.2025.

iii) There is also a complaint detailing the actual facts of the incident; however, the instant FIR was registered with a delay of about nine days, i.e., on 24.03.2025, allegedly after concocting the story.

iv) Petitioner is directed to place the complaint on record.

v) List again on 03.11.2025."

Today, learned State counsel informs the Court that petitioner has already been arrested on 19.11.2025, and therefore, present petition can be disposed of, as the same having been rendered infructuous.
