Through the instant petition, as instituted under Section 482 of the B.N.S.S., the petitioner seeks the concession of anticipatory bail, in case FIR No.773 dated 13.11.2024, under Sections 103(1), 3(5), 332(b) of the B.N.S., 2023, and, Section 25 of Arms Act, 1959 (Section 61 of B.N.S., 2023 added subsequently), registered at P.S. HTM Hisar, District Hisar.

After addressing arguments for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the instant petition, however, with liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the learned trial Court concerned and to make an application for bail before the latter, which may be directed to be decided expeditiously. 3.
Leave granted.

Consequently, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn, however, with liberty to the petitioner to, within 10 days from today, surrender before the learned trial Court concerned, and DEVINDER YADAV 2024.12.03 16:56 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
