On 22.12.2023, this Court had passed the hereinafter extracted order, upon the instant petition:- "Learned counsel for the petitioner has placed reliance upon the order dated 22.12.2023, passed by this Court in CRMM-65115-2023 to seek the pre-arrest bail in case FIR No.947, dated 14.08.2018, under Section 174-A of IPC, registered at Police Station City Jagadhari, District Yamuna Nagar. He submits that the present FIR is arising out of the order dated 04.06.2018, passed in the criminal complaint bearing No.NIA/2179/2015, which stands withdrawn by the complainant in the National Lok Adalat on 09.09.2023.

He further submits that the petitioner is ready and willing to join the investigation.

Notice of motion.

Mr. Bhupender Singh, DAG, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of respondent-State and waives service. Adjourned to 07.03.2024.

To be heard alongwith CRM-M-65115-2023.

Meanwhile, the petitioner is directed to join the DEVINDER YADAV 2024.04.18 09:22 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

CRM-M-65136-2023 2024:PHHC:051199 investigation and on his doing so, the petitioner be released on interim bail subject to his furnishing personal bonds and surety to the satisfaction of Arresting/Investigating Officer. However, the petitioner shall continue to join the investigation as and when called upon to do so and shall abide by the conditions as provided under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C."

Today, the learned State counsel, on instructions imparted to him by A.S.I. Vikram Singh, has stated that pursuant to the making of the hereinabove extracted order, the petitioner had joined investigation on 04.04.2024 and he is no longer required for custodial interrogation. 3.

In view of the above, the hereinabove extracted interim order dated 22.12.2023, as made by this Court, is hereby made absolute, subject to the conditions as enumerated under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. 4.

This order should not be treated as "blanket" order. It will not be read granting petitioner indefinite protection from arrest. It shall be confined to the FIR mentioned ibid and will not operate in respect of any other incident that involves commission of an offence. 5.
