(ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, inter alia, seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for setting aside order dated 23.01.2025 (Annexure P-2), order dated 02.05.2025 (Annexure P-4), order dated 23.05.2025 (Annexure P-5) and judgment/order of Sanad Taksim dated 13.06.2025 (Annexure P-6). 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to avail their remedy of revision before the learned Commissioner, Rohtak Division, Rohtak.
