***** KIRTI SINGH, J. (Oral) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C., is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners, in case FIR No.505 dated 20.11.2023 under Sections 120-B, 384, 406, 408, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 506 of IPC registered at Police Station Chandimandir, District Panchkula. 2.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the parties submits that the matter has been settled between both the parties. 3.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from the Investigating Officer of the concerned Police Station, submits that in compliance of order dated 05.01.2024, the petitioners have joined the investigation and are not required for any further investigation.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petition is allowed. Order dated 05.01.2024 passed by this Court, is hereby KAVITA NAIN 2024.08.23 10:05 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document order/judgment made absolute.

This order should not be treated as "blanket" order. It will not be read granting the petitioners(s) indefinite protection from arrest. It shall be confined to the FIR mentioned ibid and will not operate in respect of any other incident that involves commission of an offence. 6.

This order does not in any manner limit or restrict the rights or duties of the police or investigating agency to investigate into the charges against the petitioners(s).

7.

The accused/petitioners shall not leave India without prior permission of the Court.

8.

The accused/petitioners shall join the investigation as and when called by the police.
