Present writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, inter alia, for issuance of a Mandamus directing respondent No.2 to decide petition under Section 23 read with Section 22(2) of the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007, filed by petitioner in a time-bound manner.
