***** ARCHANA PURI, J. (Oral) Status report has been received from the concerned court. Perusal of the same reveals that the Court is proceeding with the case, to the best of its ability. However, there are in between applications off and on filed by the parties to the suit.

In the given circumstances, in view of the observations made in the order dated 22.12.2023, with regard to the tendering into evidence of the affidavit of the plaintiffs in the year 2016, cross-examination has yet not been concluded, though part cross-examination was conducted in the year 2018.

In the given circumstances, learned Lower Court is hereby requested to take effective steps to conclude the statements of the plaintiffs, who are being examined as witnesses and proceed further with the case, in an expeditious manner.

In view of the aforesaid terms, the instant revision petition is hereby disposed of.
