Present petition has been filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short, 'the B.N.S.S.') for directing the respondents to register an FIR on the complaint moved by the petitioner regarding death of his son, namely, Lala Babu, under suspicious circumstances.

Reply filed by way of affidavit dated 22.01.2025 of Mr. Rajesh Kumar, HPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, GRP, Faridabad, is taken on record. Copy thereof supplied to the other side. Registry to do the needful.
