This is a petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for violation of the order dated 04.09.2025 passed in CWP-26223-2025. 2.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent states that in compliance of order dated 04.09.2025 passed in CWP-26223-2025, a speaking order dated 13.11.2025 has since been passed. A copy of the same has also been supplied to the Court, which is taken on record. Registry to scan the same and tag at the appropriate place.

In view of the compliance report, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition and the same is disposed off. Rule stands discharged.
