Upon instructions from Station House Officer, Harjinder Singh, Police Station Begowal, District Kapurthala, State counsel submits that a request for withdrawal of look out circular (LOC) was made to the Government of India, which has been accepted. He has specific instructions to state that the Government of India has reverted and informed that LOC has been cancelled. 2.

In view of above, counsel for the petitioner states that petition has become infructuous.
