(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing of FIR No. 27 dated 27.02.2023 under Sections 323, 34, 406, 498-A and 509 IPC registered at Police Station Women West Gurugram, District Gurugram (Annexure P-1).

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, that the matter stands compromised between the parties and that the parties are now residing together happily. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent No.2 admits the above assertions to be correct.
