The petitioners are seeking a direction to the official respondents to protect their life and liberty as they apprehend danger from private respondents. It is stated in the petition that petitioners have performed their marriage, which is against the will of private respondents and they have apprehension that the private respondents might cause physical harm to them.

In pursuance of order dated 16.01.2025 passed by this Court, learned State counsel has filed reply by way of affidavit of Kuldeep Singh, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Hodal, District Palwal on behalf of respondent-State which is taken on record.

Learned State counsel states that the petitioners have got recorded statements to the effect that they have no threat perception from the private respondents which are annexed in the reply so filed. 4.

In view of above, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition and the present petition is disposed of, accordingly. Pending application(s), if any, also stand disposed of. 11th March, 2025 (H.S. GREWAL)
