(Oral) Petition herein is, inter alia, seeking a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the collector rates fixed for the year 2024-25 vide notification dated 29.11.2024 (Annexure P-1) and for the year 2025-26 vide notification dated 04.08.2025 (Annexure P-2) in respect of Village Sihol, District Palwal, Haryana.

Learned Senior Counsel representing the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the present writ petition, the State Government has come up with final notification approving the collector rate for the year 2025-26, which is required to be challenged; accordingly, he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to file fresh one with better particulars.

Keeping in view the aforesaid submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
