Present writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, inter alia, for directing respondent No.1-Tribunal to clarify the sustainability and validity of Transfer Deed dated 04.08.2014 (P-1). 2.

After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to accept the prayer, learned counsel, on instructions from petitioner, submits that present petition be disposed off with liberty to take recourse to any other remedy available under the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007. 3.

Disposed off with the liberty aforesaid.
