As per Meeting Note dated 28.05.2025 of the Hon'ble Computer Committee, all the cases filed through e-filing wherein hardcopy is not received after a gap of one month shall be listed before the Hon'ble Bench after printing Index, Head Note, Memo of Parties and Brief Synopsis only. However, no hard copies of the paper book have been received in the Registry till date. Hence, the matter has been listed before this Court. Note was published by the Registry in the cause list, whereby the Advocate(s) were requested to supply hard copies. 3.
