Challenge in this revision petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is to order dated 17.10.2023 (Annexure P-8) passed by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Gurugram, whereby the objections filed by petitioner/judgment debtor No.3 has been dismissed. 2.

Perusal of the record shows that only short order has been appended as Annexure P-8 and not the separate main order of even date, which is sought to be impugned.

Faced with the above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the instant petition with liberty to file afresh with better particulars.
