The learned counsel representing the petitioner, appearing for the petitioner (decree holder) submits that in view of the detailed order passed by the Executing Court on 17.12.2023 which is the subject matter of challenge in Civil Revision No. 418 of 2025, he may be permitted to withdraw the present revision petition as the impugned order was passed in the previous execution petition. He admits that the decree passed in his favour is common and various execution petitions have been filed to implement the aforesaid decree.
