Advertisement No.03 of 2023 dated 07.03.2023 and having more marks than the last selected candidate in her category i.e. the General Category. Vide order dated 14.02.2025, the learned State Counsel had sought time to complete instructions as regards the marks secured by the petitioner. Today on resumed hearing, the learned State Counsel has produced the result of the petitioner in a sealed cover. The same is opened in Court, perused carefully. From the perusal of the same, it is evident that the petitioner has secured 56.55 marks as against the cutoff marks of 64.55. Hence, the name of the petitioner does not figure in the select list.
