(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the question of law raised in the present petition has already been answered by this Court while passing the order in the similar writ petition i.e. CWP No. -14591 of 2023 titled as Amit Kumar And Others Vs. State Of Haryana And Others hence the present petition may kindly be disposed of in the same terms and conditions as held in Amit Kumar And Others's case (supra). Notice of motion.

Mr. Harish Nain, AAG, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents-State and submits that the respondents does not have any objection in case, any representation is filed by the petitioner claiming the benefit in view of the judgment passed by this Court in Amit Kumar And Others's case (supra), and in case any such representation is received by the competent authority, the same will be considered and decided in accordance with law as well as the judgment passed by this Court in Amit Kumar And Others's case (supra) and appropriate speaking order will be passed within a RIYA 2024.01.12 17:38 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
