accumulated during the laying of the street on account of choking of the drainage system, however, the said issue has already been resolved. He further submits that in case, the petitioner or any other village resident faces any difficulty on account of drainage or water logging, they may immediately approach the Municipal Committee, Cheeka, District Kaithal, and the said grievance shall be duly addressed. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, keeping in view the aforesaid stand taken by learned counsel for respondents No.2 and 4, he may be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition at this stage. 4.

Keeping in view the aforesaid submissions made by learned counsel for the respective parties, no further orders are required to be passed in the present writ petition and the same is, accordingly, disposed of. 5.
