(Oral) The petition has been filed inter alia seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondent Commission to consider the petitioner eligible for the post of PGT Biology in Rest of Haryana cadre in response to advertisement 18/2024.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Commission contends that the petitioner has been considered eligible and recommended for the post also, vide letter dated 05.03.2025, to the Additional Chief Secretary to Government of Haryana, Secondary Education Department. 3.

In view thereof, the petition stands disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
