The petitioners through instant petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India are seeking direction to respondents to pay bonus under the Payment of Bonus Act, 1965 (in short "1965 Act") as paid to similarly situated employees in view of judgment of this Court passed in CWP No. 25997 of 2016.
