(Oral) Today, at the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail of other alternate efficacious remedies as may be available to him including filing of a petition under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. before appropriate Court.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. In case the petitioner files a petition under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. before the Illaqa Magistrate, the same shall be disposed of expeditiously in accordance with law.
