  The instant petition has been filed for quashing of FIR No.498 dated 06.09.2023 under Sections 323, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 registered at Police Station Tosham, District Bhiwani alongwith all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not wish to press the present petition and prays for liberty to take all pleas before the trial Court, where the trial has already made significant progress and only two prosecution witnesses remain to be examined.
