(Oral) Prayer in the present third petition under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023 is for concession of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 243 dated 10.08.2023 under Sections 8 of POCSO Act, 2012 and 506 IPC registered at Police Station Rai, District Sonipat. Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions from the petitioner, informs that the petitioner has since been convicted in the above said FIR by the learned trial Court on 10.12.2024 and, therefore, the present petition has been rendered infructuous. Ordered accordingly.
