The petition has been filed inter alia seeking a writ of certiorari quashing the order, dated 30.09.2024, Annexure P-9, whereby the petitioner's claim for revocation of suspension order has been rejected.

Learned counsel for respondents no. 1 and 2/University, on instructions, contends that the impugned order, dated 30.09.2024, will be withdrawn and a fresh order considering the petitioner's request for reinstatement will be passed within a period of four weeks.
