(Oral) Prayer in this 2nd petition is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in FIR No.477 dated 13.08.2021 registered under Sections 149, 323, 307, 325, 506 IPC and Sections 25/54/59 of the Arms Act, 1959, at Police Station Kundli, District Sonepat. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the other coaccused namely Rajesh son of Laxman has been granted bail by the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Sonepat, vide order dated 20.09.2022. He wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the learned trial Court seeking regular bail to the petitioner. Dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
