Petitioner (Pargat Singh @ Pagga) has filed this fourth petition under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.0150, dated 24.06.2019, under Sections 21 (b), 27-A of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, registered at Police Station Sadar Ratia, District Fatehabad. 2.

Learned State counsel has handed over a copy of judgment dated 24.07.2024, passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Fatehabad in Court today, which is taken on record, subject to all just exceptions. 3.

Learned State counsel submits that the present petition has become infructuous in view of the fact that the trial in the case FIR No. 0150, dated 24.06.2019, under Sections 21 (b), 27-A of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, registered at Police Station Sadar Ratia, District Fatehabad has been concluded and vide the final HIMANI GUPTA 2024.08.23 10:07 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document/judgment High Court, Chandigarh
