DEEPAK GUPTA , J.(Oral) Report dated 21.12.2023 of the Warrant Officer has been received, as per which the alleged detenue Mukul was not found in the custody of Police Post at the time of his visit. Report further says that after some time the Warrant Officer received a call from the petitioner informing him that Mukul had reached safely at his home. In view of the aforesaid report and considering that there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner, present petition is hereby disposed of, having become infructuous.
