(Oral) In the present writ petition, the petitioner is praying for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to grant statutory pay scale to the petitioner as per The Punjab Educational (Teaching Cadre) Group-C, Service Rules, 2018. The petitioner has further challenged instructions dated 21.10.2020 (Annexure P-5) and 17.07.2020 (Annexure P-6). 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions from the petitioner, submits that he will be satisfied, at this stage, if a direction is given to respondent No.2 to decide the representation dated 30.06.2025 (Annexure P-10) submitted by the petitioner in a time-bound manner. 3.
