**** SANDEEP MOUDGIL , J.(ORAL) This is a petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for directing respondents No.2 to 5 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner at the hands of private respondent Nos.6 to 9 on the basis of representation dated 20.07.2023 (Annexure P-3). Learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing for some time seeks withdrawal of the instant petition with liberty to take appropriate legal remedies in accordance with law.

Prayer is accepted.
