The petitioner inter alia seeks lodging of FIR against respondent No.6 - Paramjit Kaur, who is alleged to have got appointment as an Anganwari Worker on the basis of an allegedly forged matriculation certificate (Annexure P-2).

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, but without commenting anything as regards merits of the case or as regards veracity of averments made in the petition, the instant petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail of other alternate efficacious remedies as may be available to him including filing of application under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C., before the Illaqa Magistrate, if so advised.
