RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Petitioner has approached this Court praying for issuance of direction to respondent No.4 to consider the application, Annexure P-6, filed by the petitioner for transfer of shop No.2, Area of 12 Sq.yds, which is adjacent to Government land property No.1B-184 N.H.-1 NIT Faridabad in the name of petitioner.

It has been submitted by learned State counsel that respondent No.4 has already passed an order on the application, dated 02.06.2023, Annexure P-6, on 06.02.2024, and the petitioner has the remedy to assail the said order before the Deputy Commissioner-cum-Commissioner (Sales) Faridbad, respondent No.3.

In view of the above statement made by learned State counsel, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail his MEENU 2024.03.01 16:53 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CWP-29507-2023 -2alternative remedy by filing the appeal before respondent No.3. However, if any appeal is filed by the petitioner before respondent No.3, the same would be heard and decided expeditiously by respondent No.3 in accordance with law.
