On 26.12.2023, the following order was passed:- "Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus for directing the police respondents No.1 to 4 to enforce the State Policy dated 19.11.2024 (Annexure P4) and the State Policy dated 19.02.2021 (Annexure P-5) and the provisions of Section 33 of "the Rights of the Persons with Disability Act 2016" and to extend the age of superannuation of the petitioner, who is the disabled employee, from 58 to 60 years since petitioner is going to retire on dated 31.12.2023. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that case of the petitioner is covered by the provisions of Letter DEEPAK KUMAR BHARDWAJ 2023.12.29 13:54 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document (Annexure P-4). She submits that the representation has already

Mr. Navdeep Chhabra, Senior Deputy Advocate General, Punjab, while entering appearance on behalf of the respondents, submits that as per the instructions issued by the Government on 19.02.2021, the petitioner will retire from the service on 31.12.2025. 3.

Keeping in view the aforesaid position, no further order is required to be passed in the present writ petition. Hence, the present writ petition is disposed of.
