SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) The instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in FIR No.231 dated 30.12.2023 under Sections 420,467,468,471 IPC registered at P.S Jakhal, District Fatehabad. This Court vide order dated 02.12.2024, while issuing notice of motion, granted the concession of interim bail to the petitioner, subject to her joining the investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance to the order dated 02.12.2024, the petitioner has joined the investigation. Learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Inder Singh does not controvert the said fact and further submits that custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not required.

In view of the above, the order dated 02.12.2024 is made absolute. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of. ( SANDEEP MOUDGIL ) JUDGE 17.01.2025 manoj
