The present revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for quashing of complaint bearing No.COMA/21/2023 dated 27.09.2023 filed under Sections 17, 18, 19, 20, 21 and 22 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 (Annexure P-1) and order dated 04.10.2023 (Annexure P-2). 2.

In view of the judgment dated 25.10.2024 passed by a Division Bench of this Court in CR-3407-2024, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh with better particulars.
