Present petition has been filed under Section 483 BNSS for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.110 dated 24.06.2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC at Police Station Nagina, District Nuh. 2.
As per the allegations levelled in the FIR, it has been alleged as under :- "The applicant Sahid son of Aftab is permanent resident of village Nagina P.S. Nagina Distt. Nuh and a law abiding citizen. That applicant had made a deal on 21-122021 for purchase of 6 Kanal 17 Marla land bearing Rect. No. 70, Killa No. 15 (8-0), Rect No. 70 Killa No. 6 (5-15) situated at village Nagina for a sale consideration of Rs. 17,15,000/-
from Smt. Sharifan wife of Shokat. The sale deed was sanctioned in the name of applicant vide vasika No. 1659 dated 21-12-2021. That after the sale deed sanctioned in the name of applicant, the above accused in connivance with each other hatched a conspiracy in order to cause loss to me and to gain for themselves, got an ante dated forged agreement to sell on 18-02-2022 in connivance with Mohd. Imran Computer typists and Stamp Vendor. The ID no. of above agreement to sell is VAQ2021H59 and GRN No. is 80775478 which has actually generated from the mail ID mdimranbasi@gmail.com of Mohd. Imran Computer typists and Stamp Vendor on 17-08-2021 in which Ist and 2nd parties are mentioned as Keera. Besides this, the stamp paper has been shown to be issued for some other purpose.
But after that the aforesaid accused after forging the said stamp got updated (modified) and got an agreement to sell prepared on 18-02-2022 in the name of Deen Mohd. which is wrong, fake, anti dated and is result of forgery. 4. That the abovesaid accused in connivance with each other and under a conspiracy in order to cause loss to me and gain for themselves, knowingly full well that Smt. Sharifan has got the registry of land measuring 6 Kanal 17 Marla in my name as per rule, besides this, this forged agreement has got prepared in the name of Deen Mohd. and this forgery has been done in connivance with witness, stamp vendor and the Advocate. 5. That the applicant on coming to know about this forged agreement, he made enquiry at his own level and learnt that the said agreement has been shown to be registered on 18-022022.
That this agreement has been registered on the stamp paper, that stamp was modified/updated and actually generated on 17-08- 2022 in which Ist and 2nd parties are the same and one person whose name of Keera. No detail of any purpose has been shown in this stamp.
Mohd. Imran and Advocate Mohd. Rafiq in connivance with each other and after modifying the stamp under a conspiracy, the purpose and names of Ist party and 2nd party has been entered, attested copy of which is attached with the complaint. Regarding this, we had gave an application to the Police Station Nagina but no action has been taken on this till date. Therefore, it is requested that case be registered against aforesaid accused and they be arrested and strict legal action be taken against them."

The precise allegation is of having created anti-dated paper which has facilitated the offence. The allegations against the petitioner are serious in nature. He is accused of having polluted the system which has wide ramifications on sale and purchase of stamp papers. This Court does not find petitioner entitled to regular bail. 4.
Dismissed.
