CRWP-12481-2023 (O&M) -22023:PHHC:165253 5.
Both the petitioners have claimed themselves to be major relying upon their Aadhar Cards indicating that petitioner No.1-Shalini Thapa is 07.01.1994 born and petitioner No.2-Dinesh Dhaka is 1992 born. 6.
Without commenting on the legality and validity of the marriage, I deem it appropriate to direct respondent No.2 (Superintendent of Police, Sirsa) to look into the representation dated 20.12.2023 (Annexure P-3) submitted by the petitioners.
7.
Keeping in view the fact that both the petitioners claim to have married, I think that if possible, respondent No.2 may call a meeting of the petitioners as well as respondents No.4 to 6 in his presence, so that the parties get rid off their ill feelings and live amicably. 8.
The petition stands disposed off.
